Epic Overland sells and fits overland and 4x4 equipment in Kuwait. References to "we", "us" or "the site" mean Epic Overland; "you" means anyone browsing, ordering from, or otherwise using the site.

2. Using the Site

You're welcome to browse, order, and use the site for your own personal or vehicle-related purposes. Please don't use it to scrape our catalogue, resell our content, impersonate someone else, or interfere with how the site runs for other visitors. We can suspend access for anyone who does.

3. Product Listings

We try to keep photos, specs, and fitment details accurate, but manufacturers change things and screens display colour differently — small differences between the listing and the real product can happen. If a listing has a genuine error in price or description, we'll contact you before processing anything affected by it, and you're free to cancel if you'd rather not proceed.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm it once payment goes through. Prices on the site are in KWD and don't include delivery unless stated. We can decline or cancel an order (for example, a stock or pricing error) and will let you know if we do, with a full refund if you've already paid.

5. Delivery

We deliver across Kuwait and can arrange shipping to the wider Gulf on request. Timeframes we give are estimates — once your order is with the courier, delays caused by them or by customs are outside our control, though we'll help however we can if something goes wrong in transit.

6. Returns & Fitted Items

Our Refund Policy covers how returns work, including the distinction between an unused boxed item and something we've already fitted to your vehicle.

7. Our Content

The text, photos, and design on this site belong to Epic Overland (or are used with the brand's permission) and are here for you to browse and shop — not to copy, republish, or reuse elsewhere without asking us first. Brand names and logos shown belong to their respective manufacturers.

Where we link out to a manufacturer's site or another third party, that's for your convenience only — we don't control that content and aren't responsible for what you find there.

9. No Guarantees Beyond What We State

Outside of any manufacturer warranty and our own Refund Policy, the site and its content are provided as they are, without extra promises about uptime or fitness for a particular use. We're not liable for indirect losses (like lost time or lost use of your vehicle) arising from using the site, to the extent Kuwaiti law allows us to limit that.
