This page explains how delivery works when you order from Epic Overland on epicoverlandkw.com.

Order Processing

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we prepare it for dispatch — this usually takes 1–2 business days. Items that need to be fitted or installed at our workshop are scheduled separately; we'll be in touch to arrange a time that works for you.

Delivery Across Kuwait

We deliver to all areas of Kuwait by courier. Typical delivery time after dispatch is 1–3 business days, depending on your area. Delivery within Kuwait is free for orders of KWD 25 or more. For orders under KWD 25, delivery costs KWD 2. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping to the Wider Gulf

For customers outside Kuwait, we can arrange shipping to other GCC countries on request. Message us before ordering with your location and the items you're after, and we'll confirm cost and timing before you pay.

Large or Fitted Items

Roof racks, canopies, awnings, drawer systems, and anything else that's installed rather than just shipped are usually delivered straight to our workshop for fitting, rather than handed to a courier. We'll walk you through this when you order.

Tracking Your Order

We'll let you know once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't heard from us within the timeframes above, reach out via our Contact Us page with your order number and we'll chase it up.

Delays

Once an order is with the courier, delays caused by traffic, weather, or customs (for Gulf shipments) are outside our control — but we'll always help track it down and keep you updated if something's running late.
